This home got a complete over haul. We completely reconfigured the layout of the house. We removed approximately 3 feet of existing foundation wall which allowed us to have one single level for the kitchen, living room, dinning room, office, laundry, and master bedroom. Before and afters of this beautiful kitchen renovation. We removed all of the old cabinets, countertops and a half wall that was dividing up the space. Framed in and installed a larger window to allow for more natural light in the kitchen. After installing all of the new cabinetry, electrical and plumbing we painted everything and put a new finish on the hardwood floors.

Historic Restoration- Quincy, MA
Final day on our #historicquincy project. I had a lot of fun restoring this porch and hopefully making it’s original builder proud. There’s nothing better than working on these custom jobs! It is an honor of to work on a National Historical Society site - preserving a little bit our history.

Front Porch- Dedham, MA
Finish pictures of a major structural overhaul on a front porch. We removed the existing enclosed front room and lifted the second floor 4 inches!! Then we installed new engineered footings and beams to carry the second floor.
